The P E R Group (Philosophy for Educational Renewal) was founded in 1993 at a conference in London. We have been brainstorming the crisis in education for thirty years. This website carries a new free on-line version of the group’s bi-monthly newsletter PERtinence. On each alternate month a back-issue will be posted.
